Open with a dongle

Hello,

 

I have documents that can only be opened with adobe reader 9 or 10.

A dongle is also required for this. These are repair instructions for vehicles.

The same error always occurs when the file is opened (see Appendix). In English: Some of the components that are needed to complete this process are missing. Do you want to look for missing components?

Contact the author of the file and ask for an updated version of it. Asking you to only use Reader 9 or 10 is not reasonable, as both of these version are outdated and not compatible with any current operating system.

Reader 9 and 10 were not made for Windows 10. You may need to set up an a special system or VM to access this information.
