Hello,

I opened some pdf files from a mail I received. I made lots of comments etc. I clicked the "Save button" but i never "saved as". Now, I cannot find the files.
Is it possible to retrieve the documents that i made changes to?

Thank you!!

That depends. It more than likely saved it somewhere on your system. Whether it saved the changes you made or not remains to be seen. You will need to find the file first.
