Opening a pdf at a set page using mutiple QR codes

Hello All

I'm looking for this solution

I want to place multiple QR codes on an electrical installation

then I want to use a tablet to scan a QR code which then forces a PDF to open at a set page

I know how to generate QR codes and needles to say I can generate a PDF with adobe no problem

but here's the important bit

QR code 1 will open page 50 in the PDF

QR code 2 will open page 35 in the PDF

QR code 3 will open page 120 in the PDF

etc etc

all from one multiple page PDF

any idea in pointing me in the right direction ?
