Opening several files

I would like to open +/- 25 files at the same time but this is not possible.
Is there anything I have to change in the settings ?
Is the number of files to be opened at the same time limited ?

How does you open the files?

I select all the files I would like to open in Windows Explorer.

Then right mouse click.
If I select too many files I can not select Acrobat Adobe Reader DC.
If I select 2 or 3 it is possible.

This is a limitation of MS Windows.
