openning a weblink

I cannot open a weblink when I select the highlighter option. To open a link I have to first unselect the highlighter option the only link can be opened.

    Below is the response I have shared to your similar query on Twitter. 

    What you have explained above, is a design behavior of Acrobat/Reader. Keeping highlighter tool selected, would not let you to open weblink unless you don't deselect it. Only one task would be considered at once. Use this form to request new features or suggest modifications to existing features.
