Your title is a puzzle. You say "options are not visible".  But you show us a normal screen shot. Which options, please? (PS the screenshot suggests thast your system seems to have a font issue; suggest you make sure all Microsoft-supplied fonts, like the Segoe UI family, have not been removed).
