Out of Memory Acrobat Reader DC

STILL having this problem!  Didn't have it in 2016 when everyone else was - this is a recent issue on a CRITICAL work website which will no longer let me view .pdf files downloaded - just started in last week or so.  I've followed all the recommended fixes from a similar question in March 2016 and nothing works.  Please help!

    Sorry to hear the inconvenience caused to you.

    I hope you have checked Out of memory error in Acrobat DC and if not then, would request you to please go through the Helpful answers posted in thread which has helped resolving this problem for couple of people.

    Let us know the update on the same.

    Tried all of the steps there - still not working :-(
