Overcharged

Hello Adobe!

I have been overcharged by Adobe and cannot speak with anyone! May 22, charged 103.68, May 23, a refund of 23.94 occurred, July 14, 2018, charged $38.23, August 5th, refunded 37.74, August 16th, charged 106.71. So I am not sure why Adobe makes charges to my credit card and then credits back. According to my statements, I have been charged twice, May 22nd, 103.68 and then again on august 16th, 106.71.

Adobe has my credit card information on file, it seems.

Please refund my money! If not, I will dispute this with my credit card company.

Debra L.

You are in the forum for the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader. Can you tell us what product you were overcharged for then maybe we can send you in the right direction although it's best that you contact Adobe customer support directly since there's not much anyone can do here in the forums.
