Page breaking every I use highlight, arrow, text box or even moving around with the cursor.

This has been happening since the new UI update. I have to save the pdf and reopen it just for it to return back to normal. This has been happening with all pdfs I have opened not just this one.

Please check after creating bDisableOffScreenCanvasOpt registry on your system. Follow below mentioned steps to create registry.
1. Close Acrobat/Reader if open.
2. Open Regedit.
3. Go to Path: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Adobe\{Adobe Acrobat/Acrobat Reader}\DC\Private
4. Create bDisableOffScreenCanvasOpt DWORD and set it to 1.
