Paid for PDF Export Capability; Not Working and Sent to Pricing Page

I see this has been happening to many. I contacted chat support and was sent to this forum, which helps me not even a little considering I'm on deadline with a client and must convert a PDF to Word TONIGHT.

What exactly did I pay $24 for? I received no confirmation email though I have an invoice telling me my account was charged. I am signed in correctly. I have signed in and out many times. Every link posted that supposedly "fixes" this sends me to the pricing page - again.

At this point, kinda livid.
