Hi. My PDF documents are password protected. I tried opening a utility bill I received, but my password was not recognized. I changed my password in my Adobe account profile, but the document reader still does not recognize my password. How do I access these password protected documents?

The password to your account has nothing to do with the password needed to open the files.

There's nothing we can do to help you with this issue. You need to contact the utility company and ask them for the password that will allow you to open the file.
