Password for Open not working

No, sorry, it's impossible for us to help. You need to get the password from the person who sent it to you by email. 

You might check to see if Caps Lock is on. Also, try typing it in again — or try copy and paste. Sometimes that's the issue. The person who sent you the PW may have mistyped it as well.
