Hi new to so bear with me if I am in the wrong area.

What we would like to do is have the option to password protect some PDFs. I understand that we can buy for £13 pm a solution to do this. What I need to know is does this cover all our users or is it a one PC option. If so are there other license options like 5 users etc. Where do I go to fond out this information.

Thank you

Monty

So what you need is the full version of Adobe Acrobat. This is the free Reader forum which cannot add passwords.

As far as licensing. When you buy a license, it is for one person and can be installed on their workstation and a "portable" so, two installs for one persons use.

If you need a lot of licenses, there are options for volume licensing. You will want to contact Adobe directly for pricing.

Hi Graffitti

Thanks for the prompt reply

We are also cloud based so would we get away with one license on the TS server?

Do you have contact details for Adobe?

Thanks

For the most part, one license, one person. You'll need to talk to them about your different options.
