Password Reset Parameter Error

In resetting my Adobe password, as part of the parameter instructions, it states "usual punctuations allowed as well as various symbols like ^ = + $ # or @.

Apparently the word "like" is totally misleading, since I found out by trying numerous reset procedures, that those additional symbols are the ONLY ones that can be used.

So why the instructions didn't read "as well as these special symbols" is beyond me.

Which Adobe password are you referring to? This is the forum for the free Acrobat Reader application.

It's the password that I use to sign in to Adobe.com. which takes me to the free Acrobat Reader application which is the one I use.

Hmm. The free Reader download is here: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions and doesn't require a password. Once installed, you can just open it. Also no need for a password. So I think I may still be confused as to what you are trying to do.
