After you enable password security for PDFs, would this be on for any documents that are created?

For example, I have this tool called Document Core Pack (DCP) that is integrated with Dynamics CRM. This tool basically generates a bunch of PDF documents. If you have the password security enabled, would the PDF that are generated take into account that password security and save PDFs accordingly?

If it does, it would have nothing to do with Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader. It would be built in to the tool. Keep in mind that pdf passwords aren't very secure. Your tool may not even care about them.
