password to print documents

Please, I need help to delete the security option used when printing documents. Or redefining it. I lost my previous password. When I need to print documents sent by email, a box opens to enter the security password. But I don't have it anymore. I need to reset or delete this option.

Does you use Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader?

You need to remember the password. Adobe don't have a backdoor or master key for people who forget. Hmmm... if we're talking about a PDF password. If it's a printer password, then it's nothing to do with Adobe. If unsure, please post the password prompt, screen shot with personal details removed.
