payin for a subscription and not being able to sign in!!!

Hello,

I am trying to sign into my software and I keep getting the same message. I can login online, I've changed my password and have no firewall issues. Really poor service. How Do I FIX this!?

    Since Reader is FREE, I'm really now sure what you are paying to use

    If you want to use some of the extra features you have to pay a subscription though. for example, convert to word. Which would be a really useful feature if I could sign in.
