PC mouse scroll wheel inop with Reader DC, Firefox and Win 10

I can't scroll up and down with my mouse wheel in Reader DC with Firefox. It works ok with Internet Explorer. Am I the ONLY one with this problem? I've burned up a couple of hours and can't find a discussion of this problem anywhere.

Could you please try restarting the computer and see if the issue still persists?

Are you trying to view a pdf file in Mozilla Firefox?

Yes.I've restarted and restarted. I reinstalled Acrobat DC and restarted. No change. It will scroll if I put the cursor on the scroll bar and pull (or click at the ends of the scroll bar) but NO scrolling with the scroll wheel.  And yes, I'm trying to view in Firefox. I've seen no scrolling problem with IE.

Could you please try resetting Firefox by launching Firefox>press F10 on the keyboard>click on Help>Troubleshooting Information>cilck Refresh Firefox?

(Refreshing Firefox will restore it to its default state removing all customizations)
