My doctor sends requisition using Adobe Acrobat & viewform.aspx. Tried using PDF conversion & it won't print information properly.  I get half a page or a miniture version of info on the page.  I have an Apple Laptop & a Microsoft Laptop.  Can someone help me navigate the Adobe Reader page or is it my printer ?

Download and install the free Adobe Acrobat Reader: http://get.adobe.com/reader/

on your Apple Laptop & a Microsoft Laptop.

Set it as your default PDF viewer and use it to open any PDF.
