 mi problema ya que imprimo formato  PDF y me imprime bien el problema es cuando imprimo en formato  WORD 2007 entonces no es problema de los cartuchos que estén secos  ya que si fuera eso tampoco me imprimiría con  PDF  y yo estado imprimiendo muy a menudo y a sido de la mañana ala noche que me a pasado esto de no poder pues no tenia ningún problema ya que me imprimía correctamente los   PDF--Y  WORD 2007   Por  favor       ave si me pueden ayudar muchas  y no me deja actualizarlo me sale error 1603 aver si me pueden ayudar gracias un saludo

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble. 

 

Please try repairing the installation by going to Help-> Repair Installation.

 

Also, please share some information:

1. The application version you are using for Acrobat Reader;

2. The operating system you are using and its version;

 

Also, please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html, reboot the computer once, and install the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that works for you.
