PDF Attachments

​I'm no longer able to open PDF attachments I receive in emails.

I've deleted Reader, and when I try to redownload the program I get some third party program that wants me to update all my drivers.

What should I do?

    Hi Wizard5100,

    Please confirm what happens exactly when you open the attachment to help me understand the issue better.

    The possible issues due to which you cannot open the PDF are, that the file might be damaged, file type is unrecognizable, PDF's were created with non Adobe programs or the Reader application or its update is damaged.

    Also, please share any required screenshots of any particular error if you get by the help of the link below:
