Please Help, my pdf keeps pixelating and going black. see screenshot below. TIA.

    Ok, I'm seeing one common thread here - Vega graphics. Would love to hear from anyone else with the same problem, what is their video card and drive.

    No, I can't. Except that, by collecting information, this may lead to an understanding of it, and the community may be able to find solutions. That's what community forums are all about. (This isn't tech support).

    I've seen one or two reports of this horrible effect. We may need to collect info to compare. Please let us know

    * the exact version of Acrobat or Reader you are using

    * the exact operating system version

    * the graphics card you are using

    * the graphics driver version

    Some of this info may be awkward to collect so please tell us which ones you will need us to guide you with.
