PDF Coversion to Word Document

Adobe reader is converting all my  word documents to PDFs without me instigating action How do I stop this?

I have signed for the conversion tool

I have  PC and use Office 2016

    Hi Pauld15480407,

    As explained above that all of the documents are converting to the PDFs, I assume this is the case where all of your documents are saving as PDF than Word or any document's actual format.

    Adobe Acrobat Reader does't convert the files automatically, unless you don't do it manually from the "Tools" panel.

    • Go to the computer's file folder.
    • Right click on any random Word file.
    • Select "Open With"> Choose another App> Select Word
    • Check "Always use this app to open .docx" files.

    Try this and let us know if it still doesn't work.
