PDF displaying differently on the same computer but different profiles

Profile 1.
opening the same document in the same location Adobe loads the document and has random letters and number in the place of words

Profile 2.

Document opens perfectly fine.

Only happening on this specific PDF.

Any Ideas?

Compare the settings in the preferences of Acrobat Reader.

Yep done that. Have Reset Both to Default by Removing the Folder in Appdata.
