Pdf document shows distorted in Chrome & Edge

When viewing a document created in Adobe in Edge or Chrome, the document briefly displays correctly, then refresh/resize then show some of the fonts as distorted. System is Win 10 20H2, Adobe is version 22.003, Chrome ver 107.0.5304 & Edge 107.0.1418.

The results are the same regardless of who signs into the computer.
