Pdf document wont open

When I tried to open a pdf document "adobe failed to load its core DLL" these message is popped up every time. How to solve it?

We are sorry for the trouble. As described you are not able to open the PDF and getting the above error message

 

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs?

 

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Adoe Acrobat DC.

 

You may please refer to the steps provided in the help page Error: “Acrobat Failed to Load core DLL” and see if that works for you.
Note: Steps are similar for Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC new version.
