PDF doesn't open in Internet Explorer 11.

It seems that since the windows updates we can no longer open adobe PDF on internet explorer. I search the internet if several people have the same issue but can not find this.

Can you indicate whether this is a known problem and what the solution is for this?

The ADD-ON is included with internet explorer.

I would like to hear from you because several employees have problems with opening an PDF.

    Try to update to the latest version

    Choose Help > Check for Updates.

    Acrobat 9 and earlier: If a new update is available it installs automatically.

    Acrobat X and XI: Click Update and then click Install.

    Are you opening PDF files from an http site, https site, or a local file?

    What exactly do you see?

    What exact version of Reader or Acrobat is installed ("latest" is not a version).

    Hell,o,

    I'm opening an file from an http site.

    Where see an white screen. We are clicking on an print button, an new venster open. But instead that it opens the PDF reader, we are getting an white screen.

    The version we have installed is 19.010.20069
