Pdf email received with another name?

Are you able to explain what this is? I received an email today and it is legitimate, I'm getting a new phone and was expecting a new email from them.

t says it was sent to "Sadia Andrew" but when I tap on TO: it shows my email address. I tested to send an email from that email to myself and it shows my name in from and to correctly. Sadia is one of my friends but I'm really confused.  I read that sometimes 3rd party apps bypass your mail settings but I'm receiving....
