    Any update please

    Hi SiliconExpert,

The file you have shared with us created by a third-party application which we don't have any control over. You can check PDF producing application by opening pdf in Reader > right-click > Document Properties > Description tab. If you have Adobe Acrobat installed on the machine, one thing you can try is to open pdf in Google Chrome and print it to Adobe PDF. You can refer to the steps given in the following link on how to :Enable Create PDF extension for Google Chrome, Adobe Acrobat

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Hi SiliconExpert,

Please try troubleshooting steps given in the following link:

See how to troubleshoot problems opening PDF files and other PDF related issues

Could you let us know the operating system you are using- Mac/Windows?

And, the version of Adobe Reader installed on the machine: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Is there any error message you are getting when trying to open pdf?

Are you not able to open a specific pdf file or all the files?

    Thank You,

    Shivam
