pdf file open but font not legible - Arial Truetype issue?

Hello, I have Acrobat XI Pro works all good but stumbled across a file which opens but font all gone wrong.

It opens fine for a colleague.

File Document properties say Arial True-type (CID) Font, encoding Identity H.

Tried repairing Acrobat install but problem persists.

Any idea how do I fix that? Thanks in advance!
