pdf file wont open in unemployment website

This is the message I get when trying to open unemployment notices thru the website. I have uninstalled Adobe Acrobat Reader twice and reinstalled it. Nothing helps to open them up. Please help!!

just wondering if you were able to open the unemployment correspondence page yet? I have been struggling trying to get it to open. I have downloaded it several times, but it won't open on my iPad.

You cannot open it on an iPad. You need a Windows or Mac computer.

Thank you for your reply. I installed it on my windows10 laptop, and i still am getting the same message from the unemployment site. I clicked on the message to download it, but it will not open. I tried the open with tab then Adobe also.

any help would be so appreciated. I tried calling Adobe help desk, recording on, says they only give assistance to the purchased products they offer, not the free download.

very frustrated! The web site to click on the unemployment page to get the Adobe app goes to an error page.

I had the same issue and just figured it out, you need a computer windows or mac to download the Adobe acrobat reader DC (dont need the pro) is free you have to add the extension permission to your web browser or you can download the unemployment message file to your PC then open the Adobe acrobat dc app and open the file from one of your folders. I hope this helps.
