PDF files downloaded to PC always open in Half page, how to set to Full page?

Hello. When I open a PDF documernt that I have downloaded to my PC it always opens in half page; is there a default setting to always open in full page? Thanks.

Try to change the preferences of Reader.

Thanks for this. I've looked at Preferences and there is the option to view at full page but, unless I'm missing something, I didn't see an option to open the document in full page.
