PDF files only have the top 15% of the page visible after opening document in the Jobber program

Hello, our company uses Jobber for our daily work, and when I open up Adobe PDF files in this program, only the top 15% of the page displays. When I open the file in my own file explorer system, this issue doesn't occur, and the entire contents of the page display. My colleague does not experience the same issue that I am experiencing in getting the entire contents of the page to display when she opens an Adobe PDF in Jobber. Can somebody please advise on what could be causing this? Thank you in advance.

    It seems like a compatibility issue between Jobber and Adobe PDF files for you. Check if your Jobber and Adobe Acrobat Reader are up to date.

     

    Also, try adjusting display settings or reinstalling Adobe Acrobat. If the problem persists, contact Jobber support for tailored assistance.

    Update: it was an issue due to a setting on the Adobe Acrobat Google Chrome extension. I had to deselect the option to open files in Adobe Acrobat, and now the issue is no longer occurring. I am not sure why this was the case, as it only happened with a particular type of PDF document that I opened on Jobber. The issue strangely did not occur when I opened other types of PDF documents using Acrobat on that same website.
