PDF files to Microsoft files

  • I signed up for my Adobe plan to convert PDF files to Microsoft Word or Excel files, and all of a sudden the plan tells me that my plan is to only convert to PDF files. I don't want to convert to PDF files, I want to convert From PDF files to Microsoft files. What happened? Can someone explain to me how I can get back to the plan I signed up for?

    We have checked your Adobe account and seems you have the Adobe Export PDF service.

    It allows you to convert the PDF to Excel, Word and RTF files.

    Please mention the exact issue you are getting when trying to use the service or any particular error you receive to help us understand better.
