PDF files will not save

Hello,

Whenever I try to save a PDF file in Acrobat Reader, a blank white screen pops up, instead of the save window. I am using PC windows 7, and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

I need this program for work and it's very frustrating! Can someone help?
