PDF font is squished in Reader but perfect in Preview

Question

I just downloaded Acrobat Reader DC for use on my macOS 10.13.1 desktop. When vieweing a form in Preview, the font is perfect. When viewing the same form in Acrobat Reader DC, the font is squished up and weird. Please see attached screenshot or visit it at this URL: https://imgur.com/a/nMjEs

How can I view this document in Acrobat Reader so that the font is not squished and not weird?
