PDF form if then statement

On a PDF form.  If Yes is checked then I want the text box to return "Director"; if No is checked then I want the text box to return "Assistant"

    I'm trying to do an "if then" statement on a PDF form.  If Yes is checked then I want the text box to return "Director"; if No is checked then I want the text box to return "Assistant".  Any help is appreciated.
