PDF Form Use

I received a pdf file with text boxes and radio buttons.  I am unable to fill-in text or select a radio button.  I am using Acrobat Reader DC.  Is there something special I need to do to use this form efficiently?

Thank you.

Don

Assuming those items aren't strictly visual, you should be able to fill it in as long as security allows it. To be fillable, the creator has to add form fields over the top of the form graphics.

If they haven't done that, you may be able to use "fill and sign" to fill it out.

Thank you. I tried “fill and Sign.” No luck Apparently, they are strictly visual as you put it. When I hover over the top of the yes, no, na or try to input text the little hand doesn’t do anything. Is there anything to do to covert the form?

Not much you can do with the free Acrobat Reader, no. But you say the fill and sign tools don't work. What exactly do you mean by that? If they are grayed out, it could be because there is security on the pdf that prevents modification. Maybe the people that supplied the form want to force you to print it and fill it out by hand. Just a guess without being able to see the document.
