pdf is opening but not displaying properly

Actually the problem is that I have installed adobe acrobat reader DC but it is not displaying correctly

 and after several installation the problem didn't sort out.

As the same problem is there that whenever I open the pdf it opens but either it is not displaying properly or after scrolling it does not scroll and if some times it scroll then the whole page become white or it looks like a painting.

As reinstalling doesn't help, it possible that you computer is either to weak to run the applications properly or your graphics driver has a problem.
