PDF Maker - attached file winmail.dat

I tried to use direct mail (publipostage) fonction with Word which has an add-on PDF MAKER.

I should be able to send custom attached files to each recipient but I'm encountering a problem which is that some of recipients have a winmail.dat.

This attached file is unvailable and I have the same problem whatever the sendbox I use.

Could you please solve this problem ?

Could you please help us with the exact steps. Also, the version of Acrobat and Microsoft office you are using.
