PDF name destination not working on Chrome browser

Hi Everyone,

Good day.

I have a problem on name my pdf on Google Chrome browser which I used to have a name destination as link to specific pdf page. The problem is e.g. "test.pdf#nameddest=content_title_section" it will go to the bottom section instead of the top where the name destination is located. 

It works smoothly on Edge Browser and Firefox but not on Google Chrome. Any help will much appreciated.
