pdf on screen different than print

my colleage working at home asked me what the problem was with a date in a pdf file.
She sent me the pdf and I saw a correct date

Then she sent me a printscreen of the problem

On my screen I saw the correct date, 25 januari 2021

I asked her to print a copy of the file and the date was correct.

Anyone who can tell me what the problem could be ?

Hope you are doing well. Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps  theuser is doing to open the PDF file?

 

Please ask the user to open the PDF with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC application and see if that helps. To download the application please use the link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/
