PDF only opens half the page

As seen in the photo above, when I open my html file inside adobe only half shows up (horizontally).

Is there a way to format it such that I can view the whole thing?

Even if it must become smaller.

What app does you use? Acrobat Reader can't display HTML files.

I use Adobe Acrobat Pro. It so fas has allowed for the openning of html files, but a few of my html files are displaying wrong.
