Hallo forumleden,

Ik gebruik de nieuwe Oulook. Wanneer ik een e-mail met een PDF-bijlage kan ik deze niet openen. Wel opslaan en afdrukken maar niet openen. Weet iemand hier een oplossing voor dit probleem?

Hello,

I hope you're doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response and the trouble.

Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 24.005.20421 Optional update, Feb 24, 2025. Check for any pending updates from the Menu > help > check for updates, install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and check. For more information, see this: https://adobe.ly/43hr8lp.

Download the PDF:

  • Click on the PDF attachment in your email.
  • Select "Download" and save it to the local drive/location".
  • Once downloaded, open the PDF directly in Adobe Reader.

Set Adobe Reader as Default:

  • Ensure Adobe Reader is set as the default PDF viewer on your device.
  • Go to Settings > Apps > Default apps, scroll down to .pdf, and select Adobe Reader. See this article for more details: https://adobe.ly/4h5cFMF

Let us know how it goes.
