PDF Portfolio not displaying after Flash EOL. Is there a fix?

Recently after Flash reached it's end of life many of the PDF portfolios used within my organisation have displayed an error (see screenshot below). Can someone please advise how to convert the contents to a newer format (that doesn't rely on Flash) so the PDF portfolio displays correctly?

Preferably without third party apps/tools.

I have created PDF portfolios since the Flash E.O.L and they seem to display without issue.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you update the application to the latest version. It should be able to handle it then.
