PDF printouts are not complete

One of our customers from Austria uses Adobe Reader DC v2021.001.20155 on a Citrix Environment. She reports that some PDF's which are printed with her redirected printer HP Laserjet Enterprise 500 M551 not get printed completely. Some lines and signatures are missing on the printout.
This issue does only appear in Citrix with Adobe Reader DC. When she uses other applications like PDF XChange or Google Chrome or do the print from her local computer the printout is complete.

As a workaround she can use the option "print as image" in the advanced options.

It also works when she select an other printer.

Is this a known issue and can be fixed somehow?

There's no ultimate solution to this. PDFs files are complex and so is the printing process too, There are so many reasons thinkable why the printout isn't complete in a particuly situation, you'll have to find out yourself what's working best for you.
