PDF Return to original toolbar/view

I clicked the wrong button and now I can't get the toolbar to return to the way it was. If I look at any of my other PDFs, I see the +/- options to change the size of the PDF, as in 75%, 100%, 125%, etc. That part of the toolbar is gone. There isn't a back button similar to the one in Word, so now I'm stuck with this PDF at 154% and there doesn't seem to be a way to change that. How do I correct this and is there a way to lock the toolbar to prevent this in the future?

Can you show a screen shot of the PDF in the window (all the window visible) with the missing part, and another showing a file as you want to see it, please? Make sure there is no personal info.

I should add that I've tried deleting the PDF and converting the original Word doc into a PDF again.

Strangely, the new PDF has the same screwy toolbar display. The same for any other new PDF files.

OK, this is a new post and so far only 11 people have looked at it. I'll let it ride until someone figures this out.
