PDF’s from most recipients can be opened. But when one in particular sends a PDF (He has office 365) I cant open it.

Why is someone not able to open a PDF from one person, but can open them from otthers?

    I have the same problem Its upto date reader and I'm using yahoo to email they cant open it Ive mailed it to a few people

    There are a few other questions I've asked that aren't answered here. Really, we need more info to be able to help. Please answer all of the questions.

    That doesn't say enough. What version do you consider up-to-date? To find the version go to Help>About Adobe Acrobat Reader and let us know the version number.

    How are they getting the pdf to you? If emailed, could be something in their email corrupting the document.

    Really, it could be many things but in order to go the right direction, we need to know what version of Reader you have, what they are using to create the file, how they transfer the file to you, how you are trying to open the file and what exactly happens when you try.
