PDF Services "Send and Track" link sharing not working

I have been using cloud.acrobat.com for years to store and share pdfs, but recently whenever I use the "send and track" function to send one or more files by creating a link for sharing, the link redirects to a page saying "Page Not Found; Sorry, but the requested page could not be found."

I tried deleting prior shared links under Files > Sent, but no effect.

The links I attempt to create show in that same Sent menu, with a subject line "FAILED-Shared Files."

How can I fix this problem?

Hi Amrh and Wdmeinert,

We're sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. The issue seems to be an environment specific and restriction on the network and managed firewall. I have shared a list of Adobe ports and urls by private message, please ask the IT team if it is an office computer or the internet service provider to get them whitelisted on the network and firewall. Please check your email inbox.

Thanks for your time and patience thus far.

Regards,

Anand Sri.

I have tried creating links on the mobile iOS acrobat app, using Wi-Fi and mobile data, as well as directly through the cloud.acrobat.com website, with Chrome for iOS as well as chrome for Mac. Nothing has worked.

Hello Wdmeinert,

We're sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. As per the description above, you are not able the Adobe Send&Track service as getting a page not found error, Is that correct?

Try accessing the service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/send using a different browser like a Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.

If possible, connect the machine to a different network environment like a guest wireless network, or a mobile hotspot. For testing purpose, access the URL on your mobile device on the cellular data network.

Are you not able to send one specific PDF file or all the PDF files?

You can also refer to Adobe Send & Track FAQ

Let us know how it goes and share your observation.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.

Hi Anand,

Instead of creating a new discussion, I just thought of using this same one.

I am experiencing the exact same problem.

I tried the URL you suggested but I got the same response:

Page not found

Sorry, but the requested page could not be found.

Please advise.

Thanks
