PDF Text Issue

I've got a user that when they print from Revit to Adobe PDF, the drawing is not affected, however the text is squished.  Meaning, the space between letters in the words are gone, however the spacing between the words is not affected.  I've tried changing settings, updating the PDF printer driver, and reinstalling the PDF printer.
